Our Commitment
We take great care in packaging and delivering every order. However, in the rare case that your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is physically damaged upon delivery
To be eligible, you must:
- Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Submit a continuous, unedited unboxing video as proof — filmed from the moment the sealed package is picked up to the product being opened
- Contact us at thenexusstore.shop@gmail.com with your order ID and the unboxing video
No return request will be processed without a valid unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- No unboxing video is provided
- The product is returned without prior approval from our team
Refunds
- Refunds are not applicable on opened or used products
- For approved damaged/wrong item cases, we offer a replacement at our discretion
- Refund to original payment method is processed only in cases where replacement is not possible, within 7–10 business days
